Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using PRMIO: for people who book through an AI assistant, for businesses that connect their scheduling software, for people who use the PRMIO app, and for pros who get jobs from it.
The short version
- PRMIO connects your AI assistant to a business's own booking calendar. We aren't the business.
- Each appointment follows the business's own policies, like prices, cancellations, and no-shows.
- Booking is free for customers. Businesses will pay $9.99 per month once billing starts; no business is charged before then.
- In the PRMIO app, PRMIO finds you an independent pro. The pro does the work, the price is agreed before any work (never by the hour), and you pay the pro directly. Answers in the app's chat are automated.
- Pros are independent businesses. They pay PRMIO a fee per job, by the fee table in the Pro Terms.
- Please use PRMIO honestly: real names, a mobile number you may use, and no fake bookings.
- These terms follow Florida law.
About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and PRMIO LLC, a Florida limited liability company at 3750 NW 87th Ave, Ste 700, Doral, FL 33178, United States ("PRMIO", "we", "us").
They apply when you use PRMIO through an AI assistant, or use app.prmio.com, including the PRMIO app at app.prmio.com/go. The sections The PRMIO app and PRMIO for pros apply to the app's customers and to pros. By using PRMIO, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use PRMIO.
What PRMIO is, and what it isn't
Through an AI assistant:
- PRMIO is a neutral connector. It links AI assistants to businesses' booking calendars: the scheduling software a business already uses, or PRMIO's own simple calendar.
- PRMIO is not the business. We don't provide the services you book, we don't set their prices or policies, and we're not responsible for them.
- Each booking follows the business's own policies, including prices, deposits, and cancellation, late, and no-show rules. Ask the business about them.
- Business details, services, and open times come from each business's scheduling software or its PRMIO calendar. Prices come from the business. We try to keep them current, but they can change.
- A booking is made when PRMIO tells you it's booked. The appointment in the business's calendar is the official record.
- PRMIO isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the companies that make AI assistants or scheduling software.
In the PRMIO app: PRMIO finds an independent pro for your home repair or cleaning job. PRMIO isn't the pro and doesn't do the work. Some prices are set by PRMIO and shown before you ask for a pro; otherwise the pro sends you a price to approve. See The PRMIO app.
Booking through an AI assistant
- Booking through PRMIO is free for customers, and needs no account.
- Give the real name of the person the appointment is for, and a mobile number that's yours, or that you have permission to use.
- PRMIO isn't directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian can book for a child.
- Your AI assistant reads the details back, and PRMIO books only after you say yes. AI assistants can make mistakes, so check the business, service, day, and time before you confirm.
- To cancel or reschedule, follow the steps on our Support page, or contact the business directly.
- Your AI assistant is provided by another company, under its own terms.
Text messages (PRMIO booking confirmations)
- Program: PRMIO booking confirmations, for bookings made through an AI assistant. In this program, PRMIO texts a mobile number only to confirm a booking and remind you of it, if you agreed when booking, and to answer a text you send, such as a NO to a reminder, which cancels that appointment. Cancelling or moving in an AI conversation sends no text. Without that agreement, booking sends no text. There is no marketing.
- Booking texts: when you book, the first time PRMIO can send booking texts to a number, your AI assistant asks:
PRMIO sends them only if you agree. Saying no is fine: the booking is the same, and you aren't asked again with that number (you can still ask for booking texts when you book). A yes covers bookings made with that number at any business on PRMIO, until you reply STOP. The first booking text carries the program details:PRMIO can text the number ending 0101 a confirmation and a reminder for each booking made with that number, 2 texts per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Terms: app.prmio.com/terms. Privacy: app.prmio.com/privacy. Want those texts?
A reminder:PRMIO: Booked. Haircut with Marco at Kestover Barbers, Tue, Oct 6, 10:00 AM. You'll get a confirmation and a reminder for each booking. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
PRMIO: Reminder. Haircut with Marco at Kestover Barbers tomorrow, Tue, Oct 6, 10:00 AM. Reply NO if you can't make it. Reply STOP to opt out.
- Cancelling or moving: in an AI conversation, no text is needed. Your assistant reads the appointment back, for example:
and PRMIO makes the change after you say yes. No text is sent about it.You asked to cancel Tuesday 10 AM at Kestover Barbers, under the number ending 0101. Cancel it?
- How often: if you agreed to booking texts, 2 texts per booking: a confirmation and a reminder, and one more if you cancel it by replying NO to the reminder. Cancelling or moving in an AI conversation sends no text. You also get one reply when you text HELP, STOP or START, or when a reply to a reminder changes nothing.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Replying NO to a reminder: a reminder says "Reply NO if you can't make it." A NO sent while that reminder is the newest PRMIO text to your number cancels that appointment, and PRMIO texts you that it is cancelled:
NO is not a way to stop texts: reply STOP for that.PRMIO: Your appointment at Kestover Barbers on Tue, Oct 6, 10:00 AM is cancelled. Reply STOP to opt out.
- STOP: reply STOP to opt out at any time. You'll get one last text from your mobile network confirming it.
- START: reply START or UNSTOP to allow texts again. No other reply turns them back on. You'll get a text confirming it. Booking texts stay off until you ask for them again when you book.
- HELP: reply HELP for help:
You can also email support@prmio.com.PRMIO: Texts only about bookings and changes you ask for. Help: support@prmio.com. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Where: for now, US mobile numbers only.
- Mobile information and text consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Right now: PRMIO's texts haven't started yet, so PRMIO isn't sending any texts to customers. Booking, cancelling, and moving all work in your AI conversation without them.
The PRMIO app
- What it is. The PRMIO app (app.prmio.com/go) finds an independent pro for your home repair or cleaning job in Florida. PRMIO isn't the pro and doesn't do the work: your agreement for the work is with the pro.
- Who can use it. You must be 18 or older. Give your real name and a US mobile number that's yours, and ask for a pro only for a place you may let a pro into.
- Answers are automated. Answers in the app's chat are automated: an AI writes them, not a person. They can be wrong. What PRMIO sends to pros is the summary you see before you tap "Find my pro", so check it.
- Not an emergency service. If you smell gas, see sparks or smoke, think there's a fire or carbon monoxide, or someone is hurt, get to safety and call 911 or your utility company first. An emergency job is offered to pros first, but PRMIO can't promise when a pro will come.
- Prices. The price is agreed before any work: a price shown in the app before you ask for a pro, or a price your pro sends, which you approve or decline in the app or by text. That includes any visit fee, before the pro comes out. Prices are never by the hour. A visit fee counts toward the repair only where the app says so.
- Paying. You pay the pro directly, the way you agree with them. PRMIO charges you nothing and never takes or holds your money.
- Cancelling. Cancel in the app: open your job and tap Cancel job. A text of CANCEL or STOP stops our texts; it doesn't cancel the job. If you cancel once your pro is on the way or there, or within 2 hours of a scheduled time once a pro has your job, or aren't home when they arrive, it's noted. After 2 of these, we ask you to confirm by text or in the app before we send a pro.
- Your pro. "Approved by PRMIO" means PRMIO approved that pro to get jobs. It isn't a background check, and it isn't a promise about their work. "Licensed" means PRMIO checked that pro's state license for that trade on the state's website. Google stars and reviews come from Google, as Google shows them.
- Ratings and problems. Rate honestly, and only a job you had. Your stars count toward the pro's PRMIO rating, which other customers see. Your answer to "Would you hire them again?" is private to PRMIO. To report a problem, use Report a problem on your job page: PRMIO's team looks at every report, but a dispute about the work is between you and the pro.
- Texts. See Text messages (PRMIO job texts).
- PRMIO may decline a job, or stop sending pros for a number, for example after misuse or repeated no-shows.
Text messages (PRMIO job texts)
- Program: PRMIO job texts, texts about home-service jobs in the PRMIO app, from its own number. To customers: a code to confirm your number when you ask for one; texts about your jobs (a pro found, on the way, here, a price to approve, done and a rating question) only if you tick the box; and one text when we have pros near you, only if you tap "Text me when you do". To pros who agreed on PRMIO's own join or invite page: job offers and texts about their jobs, welcome texts, a weekly scorecard, and texts about PRMIO's fee and their card. Alerts to PRMIO's own team. There is no marketing.
- How often: message frequency varies with your jobs.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Your OK: each box starts unticked, and the Terms and the Privacy Policy are linked right after its words. For customers, saying no is fine: everything the job texts say is also in the app. The job-texts box in the app says:
For pros, job offers come only by text (pros have no app), so the box on the join and invite pages is needed to join. It says:Also text me about my jobs: quotes to approve, pro on the way, done. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
The first job text after a customer's yes carries the program details:I agree to get job offers and job texts from PRMIO at this number. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Consent is not required to buy anything.
A pro's first welcome text carries them too.PRMIO: You'll get texts about your jobs: quotes to approve, pro on the way, done. Message frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
- Links: these texts may hold links, only to app.prmio.com.
- STOP: reply STOP to opt out at any time, or tell us any other way, such as an email to support@prmio.com. For a pro, STOP also pauses job offers. OFF, DROP and BLOCK are pros' commands, not opt-outs: each answer says how to stop all texts. CANCEL is an opt-out word too: it stops texts and doesn't cancel a job (cancel in the app).
- START: reply START or UNSTOP to allow texts again. A pro then texts ON to get offers again.
- HELP: reply HELP for help. A pro gets the list of commands:
You can also email support@prmio.com.PRMIO pros: 1 take, 2 pass, ON, OFF, OMW, HERE, QUOTE 450, DONE, DROP (cancel a job), NOSHOW, BLOCK, STATUS.
Right now: PRMIO job texts aren't sent to real phones yet. Everything they say to customers is also in the app.
PRMIO for pros (the Pro Terms)
These are the Pro Terms (version pro-terms-2026-10). They apply to every pro who gets jobs from the PRMIO app, and you accept them with the box on the join or invite page. They include the fee table below. The rest of these terms applies to pros too.
You're an independent business
This is our written agreement that you are an independent contractor, not PRMIO's employee (chapter 451, Florida Statutes):
- You choose when you're ON or OFF, which jobs you take, and how you do the work.
- PRMIO never sets hours you must be available, and never requires a number of jobs or hours.
- You may take or pass any offer. Passing or missing an offer costs you very little in the order for offers.
- You may work through other platforms and in any other business, and you keep your customers.
- You supply your own tools and equipment, and you pay your own costs, taxes, licenses and insurance.
- Customers pay you directly, by the job, never by the hour. PRMIO never holds or moves the customer's money, and never pays you.
Job offers
- PRMIO texts you offers for your trades, kinds of jobs and cities, only while you're ON. An offer says the job, the city, when, the price (or that you quote), and PRMIO's fee. It never names the customer or their address before you take the job. For example:
PRMIO JOB, Plumbing: Leak, under a sink, water still coming out. House in Kendall. Right now. Price: you quote, customer approves. PRMIO fee: $0 (free first 60 days; normally 10%, max $750). Reply 1 to take it, 2 to pass, STOP to opt out.
- Only an exact 1 (take it) or 2 (pass) counts. Any other reply is a pass, and PRMIO's team sees it (some phones answer texts by themselves).
- The first 1 wins: you get "It's yours" with the customer's name, number, address and details, or "Job taken" if another pro was first.
- Emergencies come first, marked EMERGENCY. From 9 PM to 7 AM, only emergencies are offered, and only to pros who are ON.
- At 9 PM (your home city's time), everyone goes OFF. Text ON when you want offers again; ON texted after 9 PM stays ON until 7 AM.
- Your place in the order for offers: a customer's own past pro (rated 4 or 5) first, then a score from your recent ratings, customers' "hire again" answers, how fast you reply, how often you take offers, and cancels and no-shows after taking a job. A problem the customer caused never counts against you. New pros start in the middle.
Prices
- Prices are never by the hour.
- A price PRMIO set is in the offer. Otherwise, text QUOTE and your price (QUOTE 450): the customer approves it before any work, and approves a visit fee before you go out.
- Text DONE when you finish. You can't mark a job done while your price waits for the customer, or before a price was agreed.
PRMIO's fee
PRMIO charges its fee to your card when a job's price is agreed: when you reply 1 to a job with a price PRMIO set, or when the customer approves your QUOTE. Each fee is charged on its own, right away.
| Trade | Your first job with a customer | A repeat customer (you finished a job for them on PRMIO before) |
|---|---|---|
| Plumbing, Electrical, AC and heating, Roofing, Pool, Pest control, Appliance repair, and any other trade | 10% of the agreed price, at most $750 a job | 5% of the agreed price, at most $750 a job |
| Cleaning | 33% of the agreed price, at most $100 a job | 10% of the agreed price, at most $100 a job |
- Free period: no fee for the first 60 days from PRMIO's launch day. Launch day isn't set yet: we'll text you the date, at least 30 days before any fee starts.
- During the free period, offers still show the normal fee, nothing is charged, and PRMIO keeps a note of what the fee would have been.
- The fee is worked out on the whole agreed price of the job, and the cap covers the whole job: a visit fee and the work together.
- The fee follows the price: if a new price is approved, the fee is worked out again on the new total.
- It is refunded if the customer cancels, or isn't home when you arrive (you text NOSHOW and a photo of the door). It is not refunded if you cancel after taking the job (DROP), or don't show up. PRMIO may refund a fee in other cases.
- We text you before any change to this table. A higher fee starts no sooner than 30 days after that text; a lower fee can start at once. The same holds for a shorter free period or an earlier launch day: fees never start sooner than 30 days after we text you the new date. Jobs whose price was agreed before a change keep their fee.
- A fee under $0.50 waits and is added to your next charge (Stripe's smallest charge).
Your card
- You need a working card on file to get offers.
- Cards are handled by Stripe, our payment provider: you type your card on Stripe's own page, from a link we text you. PRMIO never sees or keeps your card number. When you add a card, you agree to this:
I authorize PRMIO to charge this card for PRMIO's fee on each job I take, as the Pro Terms and their fee table say: when the job's price is agreed (when I take a job with a set price, or when a customer approves my quote) or, when the Pro Terms say so, when I text DONE or when a job I took leaves me (I drop it or don't show up), charged at once or added up daily or weekly, until I remove the card.
- If a charge is declined, you get no offers until it's paid: we text you a link to pay. Once it's paid, offers start again. If your bank asks you to confirm a charge, we text you a link to confirm it.
- Right now: PRMIO charges no card yet. Card setup opens at launch.
Texts and commands
- Offers and job texts come from PRMIO job texts, only to the mobile number on file, and only that number can answer.
- Your commands (HELP gives you this list):
OMW: on your way (with minutes if you like). HERE: you arrived (a photo if you like). DROP: you can't do a job you took (it goes to another pro). NOSHOW: nobody was home. BLOCK: no more jobs from that customer. STATUS: your numbers. In Spanish too: VOY, LLEGUE, PRECIO, LISTO, SOLTAR, NADIE, BLOQUEAR, ESTADO.PRMIO pros: 1 take, 2 pass, ON, OFF, OMW, HERE, QUOTE 450, DONE, DROP (cancel a job), NOSHOW, BLOCK, STATUS. Help: support@prmio.com. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
- STOP stops every text and pauses your offers until you text START (then ON). STOP alone doesn't take you off PRMIO (see Leaving, below). A job you took and haven't started yet (no OMW) goes to another pro when you text STOP, CANCEL or another stop word, as with DROP.
Licenses, the law and customers
- You must hold every license and permit your work needs. Jobs that need a state license are offered only to pros whose license PRMIO checked on the state's website for that trade.
- Roofers must follow section 489.147, Florida Statutes: never offer anything to get a homeowner to file an insurance claim, and never give insurance advice.
- Use a customer's name, number and address only for that job. You may not use them for marketing (texts, calls, or emails) unless the customer separately agrees to that with you. You must follow the privacy and telemarketing laws that apply to you.
- "Approved by PRMIO" means PRMIO approved you to get jobs. "Licensed" shows only once PRMIO has checked your license.
Leaving, and removal
- To leave PRMIO and have your details erased, email support@prmio.com. Texting STOP stops every text and pauses your offers, but keeps you on PRMIO, paused, with your details, until you leave this way or PRMIO removes you. 1 year after a pro is removed, their name, mobile number and photo are erased.
- PRMIO may pause or remove a pro, for example for no-shows, complaints, unpaid fees, or breaking these terms. Your open jobs then go to other pros. Fees already charged stay.
app.prmio.com/terms#pros is the address of these Pro Terms in our texts.
Using PRMIO as a business
- Authority. You must be at least 18, and allowed to connect the business and its scheduling software to PRMIO, or to set up the business's calendar on PRMIO.
- Your services. You're responsible for your services, prices, policies, staff, and calendar. You agree to honor bookings made through PRMIO under your usual policies. Please keep your information accurate.
- Keeping the PRMIO calendar right. If you use PRMIO's calendar, add or block every appointment you take another way (by phone, walk-in, or another app), so PRMIO doesn't offer that time to someone else. PRMIO isn't responsible for a double booking caused by an appointment missing from your PRMIO calendar.
- Customer details you enter. If you add a customer's name or number by hand, you confirm you may share them with PRMIO for that appointment. You may use them only for that appointment, as with PRMIO bookings.
- Customer information. You may use the name and phone number a customer gives through PRMIO only to provide and manage that appointment. You may not use them for marketing (texts, calls, or emails) unless the customer separately agrees to that with you. You must follow the privacy and telemarketing laws that apply to you.
- Businesses that come to the customer. List only areas you actually serve. PRMIO may remove an area, or turn the setting off, if it reasonably believes you don't serve it. For each of these jobs you get the customer's name and full mobile number: use them only to arrange that job (for example, to ask for the address). The rule that you may not use them for marketing applies as always. You're responsible for reaching the customer about the address, and for the job itself.
- Texts from your phone. The Text button on your schedule only opens your own phone's messages with a suggested message. You decide whether to send it. It comes from your phone, not from PRMIO, and you're responsible for it, as with any message you send your customers.
- Your own reminders. Your scheduling software may send its own confirmations and reminders for PRMIO bookings, as it does for your other appointments. Those messages are yours, and you're responsible for them. You can ask us to turn them off for PRMIO bookings. If you use PRMIO's calendar, every booking notice is on your Bookings page, and PRMIO texts them to you only if you turn that on on your Setup page.
- Your sign-in. Keep your password private, and don't pass on your one-time sign-in link. You're responsible for what's done with your sign-in. If you think someone else has it, email support@prmio.com and we'll turn it off and give you a new link.
- PRMIO's booking texts. When a customer agrees while booking, PRMIO texts them a confirmation and a reminder for that booking. This is on for businesses on PRMIO's calendar and off for businesses on their own scheduling software (which may already remind), unless you ask us to change it.
- Your listing. You allow PRMIO to show your business details, services, prices, and open times to customers through AI assistants. We share your listing with partners (for example, search engines) only if you turn that on, separately for each partner.
- Who can join. For now, PRMIO isn't available to doctors, therapists, or other health care providers. It also isn't available to age-restricted businesses, or to any business the AI assistants' rules don't allow.
- Disconnecting. You can disconnect at any time. See the Support page.
Price and billing
- PRMIO for businesses costs $9.99 per month (US dollars), plus any taxes that apply. Customers never pay PRMIO.
- Billing hasn't started yet. No business is charged until it does. Before billing starts, we'll update these terms with the payment details, and you'll be asked to agree before any charge.
- Pros in the PRMIO app pay PRMIO's fee per job instead, as PRMIO for pros says.
- Billing happens only on app.prmio.com, never inside ChatGPT, Claude, or any other AI assistant.
- If the price changes, we'll tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- make fake, joke, or duplicate bookings, or book under someone else's name or number without their permission
- ask for a pro for a job you don't want done, or rate a pro you didn't hire
- use PRMIO to send unwanted texts, or to harass anyone
- try to see, change, or cancel someone else's appointments
- get around PRMIO's limits or security, or use automated tools to make bookings in bulk
- copy PRMIO's data in bulk, or reverse-engineer, overload, or attack PRMIO
- use PRMIO for anything illegal, harmful, or deceptive
We may block bookings or texts, cancel bookings made through misuse, or suspend access, to stop misuse and protect customers and businesses.
Changes and availability
We may change, add, or remove features. PRMIO depends on AI assistants and scheduling software that other companies run, so it may sometimes be unavailable, or may not match a business's calendar for a short time.
We own PRMIO and its software. These terms give you permission to use PRMIO as described here. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
Disclaimers
PRMIO is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties, including any about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We don't promise that:
- open times will always be accurate
- a business will honor a booking
- PRMIO will always be available or error-free
- a pro will take a job in the PRMIO app, come on time, or do the work well
- the PRMIO app's automated answers will always be right
We're not responsible for the services a business or a pro provides.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- PRMIO LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- we won't be liable for lost profits, revenue, data, or business
- our total liability for all claims about PRMIO is limited to the greater of two amounts: what you paid PRMIO in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Business responsibility for claims
If you use PRMIO as a business, or get jobs as a pro, you'll defend and cover PRMIO against claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from:
- your services
- your use of customer information
- your breaking these terms or the law
Ending
You can stop using PRMIO at any time. Customers can simply stop using it, businesses can disconnect, and pros can email us to leave (texting STOP stops texts and pauses offers). We may suspend or end access if someone breaks these terms, or to protect customers, businesses, or PRMIO. The parts of these terms that by their nature should continue (like the limits on liability) still apply after that.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be decided only in the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and PRMIO agree to those courts.
Before going to court, please email support@prmio.com, so we can try to solve the problem informally within 30 days.
If you're a consumer, you keep any protections that the consumer laws where you live give you, including any right to bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For important changes, we'll give notice before they take effect. If you keep using PRMIO after a change takes effect, that means you accept it.
General
These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and PRMIO about PRMIO.
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
We may transfer these terms if PRMIO is sold or merged.
