Privacy Policy
PRMIO collects only what it needs to book your appointment or send you a pro, and never sells it.
The short version
Booking through an AI assistant
- Customers don't make an account. To book, PRMIO needs a name, a mobile number, and the appointment you choose.
- We give them to the business you book with, so it can hold your appointment.
- We never sell your information or use it for marketing.
- We text your number only when someone booking with it agrees to booking texts (a confirmation and a reminder), or to answer a text you send us. Cancelling or moving sends no text.
- We erase your name and number from PRMIO's records 90 days after your appointment.
- You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time: support@prmio.com.
The PRMIO app
- To send you a pro, we need what the job is, when, the address, and your name and mobile number, which you confirm with a code. Photos are up to you.
- Answers in the app's chat are automated: an AI service writes them. It never gets your name, number, address or photos.
- The pros we ask see the job, your city and your photos. Only the pro who takes your job gets your name, address and number.
- We text you a code when you ask for one, and texts about your jobs only if you tick the box.
- We erase a job's name, number, address and photos 90 days after it ends. We never sell your information or use it for marketing.
Who we are
PRMIO is run by PRMIO LLC, 3750 NW 87th Ave, Ste 700, Doral, FL 33178, United States. In this policy, "PRMIO", "we" and "us" mean PRMIO LLC.
PRMIO lets you book local businesses by talking to an AI assistant, like ChatGPT and Claude. A business either connects the scheduling software it already uses, or keeps its calendar on PRMIO's own simple calendar.
PRMIO also runs its own app, the PRMIO app at app.prmio.com/go, where you can ask for a pro for a home repair or a cleaning in Florida. Independent pros get those jobs from PRMIO by text.
This policy covers PRMIO's connection for AI assistants, the PRMIO app, PRMIO's texts, and the website app.prmio.com. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your choices.
When you book through an AI assistant
What we collect
- The name of the person the appointment is for, and a mobile phone number, which you give in the conversation when you book.
- Your appointment: the business, the service, the staff member if you choose one, the date and time, and whether you booked through ChatGPT, Claude, or another assistant.
- What you ask to search for: a business name, a type of service, and the city, neighborhood or ZIP code you mention. ChatGPT may also send your approximate location (city, region, country, time zone, and rough map position). PRMIO reads only the city, only to sort that search. If you name a city or ZIP code to find a business that comes to you, PRMIO uses it only for that search and does not keep it, unless you ask PRMIO to note that you'd like a business there. Then PRMIO keeps the city, never the ZIP code. If you describe what you need (for example "my AC isn't cooling"), PRMIO uses those words only to pick the kind of visit and, when they describe an emergency, to remind you to call 911 or your utility company. We don't store your search or any of that location.
- Your answer about booking texts, if PRMIO asks when you book: yes or no, with a scrambled fingerprint of the number (never the number itself), so that number isn't asked again.
- To cancel or move: the mobile number and the appointment's day and time you give, used only to find that appointment. If nothing matches, we keep a scrambled fingerprint of the number (with the business) and the time, for 24 hours, to stop anyone guessing.
- If you use ChatGPT: an anonymous account ID that ChatGPT sends with each request (it isn't your name, email, or phone number). We keep only a scrambled fingerprint of it with each booking you make, to limit how many bookings one account can make in a day, and we erase it with the booking's name and phone number. We also keep that fingerprint for 24 hours with each cancel or move try that finds nothing, to limit guessing. Claude doesn't send one.
We never ask for or accept your exact location (no GPS position or street address). If you type a street address anyway, PRMIO uses only its city or ZIP code for that search and keeps none of it. A business that comes to you calls or texts you for the address, outside PRMIO. In an AI conversation, PRMIO has no customer accounts or passwords. We don't ask for payment cards, government ID numbers, or health information.
Please don't share medical or other sensitive details when you book. If you mention them anyway, we don't store them. Bookings have no notes field.
We don't receive your conversation. We only receive the details your assistant sends to PRMIO to search, check open times, book, cancel, or move.
How we use it
- To find businesses and open times, and to book, move, or cancel the appointments you ask for.
- To pick the kind of visit that fits what you describe, and to remind you to call 911 or your utility company when your words describe an emergency.
- To prevent fake or duplicate bookings, spam, and anyone guessing at appointments. For example, there are limits on how many bookings and texts one phone number can get, and on cancel or move tries that find nothing.
- To fix problems and keep PRMIO secure.
- To meet our legal duties.
That's all. We don't use your information for advertising, marketing, or profiling. We don't sell it, and we don't use it to train AI models.
What the business receives
If the business uses its own scheduling software, PRMIO puts your name, mobile number, and appointment details into it, labeled "booked via PRMIO". If the business already has a contact with your phone number, the appointment is added to that contact.
From then on, the business handles your information under its own privacy policy. Its scheduling software may send you its own appointment confirmations or reminders, as it does for the business's other appointments. PRMIO doesn't control those messages.
If the business keeps its calendar on PRMIO, PRMIO stores your appointment for the business. The business sees your name, mobile number, and appointment details on its PRMIO schedule. It also gets a short notice when you book, move, or cancel; the notice names you and shows only the last 4 digits of your number, except as follows. A business that comes to you receives your name and mobile number so it can contact you for the address: its notice when you book or move shows your full number.
If you agree when you book, PRMIO texts you a confirmation and a reminder for your booking (see Text messages). Without your OK, PRMIO sends you no booking texts.
Our Terms allow businesses to use your name and number only for your appointment. They may not use them for marketing unless you agree to that separately with the business.
When you use the PRMIO app
The PRMIO app (app.prmio.com/go) finds an independent pro for a home repair or cleaning job. It is for people 18 or older.
What we collect
- The job: the trade and the kind of job, the answers you tap, what you type or say about it, when you want it, and whether it is an emergency.
- Photos you add, if you add any. We remove the hidden details a photo carries (such as where it was taken and the camera) before we keep it.
- Where: the street address, apartment or unit, ZIP code and home type (house, condo or apartment, or townhouse), and, for a condo, any gate or unit code you give.
- You: your name and mobile number. We text you a code to confirm the number, and then you stay signed in on that phone for 30 days.
- Your jobs: each job's story (a pro found, on the way, arrived, the prices sent and your answers, done), the stars you give your pro and your private answer to "Would you hire them again?", any problem you report (its reason, your words and up to 3 photos), and how often a number cancelled late (once the pro was on the way or there, or close to a scheduled time once a pro had the job) or wasn't home when the pro came.
- Texts: your answer to the job-texts box, and the texts we send you (see Text messages).
- This device: a random code in a cookie, used only for our safety limits (see Our website, cookies, and technical information).
How we use it
Only to find you a pro and run your job: to send it to pros and give the job to the pro who takes it, to keep you and your pro up to date, to confirm your number, to stop fake jobs, spam and anyone guessing at codes, to put pros in order for new jobs (your stars count), to look into a problem you report, and to meet our legal duties. We don't use it for advertising or marketing, and we don't sell it.
Your voice
If you tap the microphone, your phone or browser turns your voice into words with its own voice typing. Its maker (for example Google in Chrome and on Android, Apple on an iPhone, or Microsoft in Edge) may process the sound to do that, under its own terms. Where your browser has no voice typing, the app can record a short clip instead and send it to PRMIO, which sends it to the speech service we use (OpenAI or Google) to turn it into words. We don't keep the recording: it is used once and dropped. The words go into the chat box, where you can change them before you send them.
The chat's answers are automated
Answers in the app's chat are automated: an AI service writes them, not a person. To understand what you need, the words you type or say about the job (only the latest few messages) go to the AI service we use: OpenAI, Anthropic or Google. Before they go, we take out runs of 3 or more digits, phone numbers, email and web addresses, street addresses and units, your name (when you introduce yourself with it, and once you have given it), and anything about health. Your name, number and address from the form, any gate code, and your photos never go to it. The AI and speech services may keep what they get for a short time under their own policies. Please don't type private details in the chat.
Finding your city
To find the city your job is in, your street address and ZIP code (never your unit or gate code) go to the US Census Bureau's public address service. We keep the city it finds, never a map position.
What pros see
The pros we ask about your job see the job (the answers you picked, and your own words about it with numbers, addresses and names taken out), the city, the home type, when, the price, and your photos, while they decide. They never see your name, address or number. A pro who passes loses the link to your photos at once, and every other pro as soon as the job goes to someone else or ends. A photo link works 7 days at most.
The one pro who takes your job gets your name, mobile number, address, unit and gate code by text, with the job and a link to your photos, to do the job and reach you. That pro keeps the photo link until a day after the job ends. Pros are independent businesses. Our Pro Terms let them use your details only for your job, and never for marketing unless you agree to that separately with them.
Google reviews
Your pro's card may show the stars and up to 5 reviews from the pro's Google business page. They come from Google each time the card opens, and we don't keep them. PRMIO asks Google only for that pro's page: nothing about you is sent. Beside each review, the card shows the reviewer's Google profile picture, which your phone loads straight from Google's picture server (lh3.googleusercontent.com), as Google's rules ask: Google then sees your device's network address, under Google's privacy policy, and nothing about you or your job. Its links (a reviewer's name, a review, "More on Google Maps") open Google's own site, under Google's privacy policy.
Your choices
- Job texts are up to you. We text you a code when you ask for one. Texts about your jobs come only if you tick the box, and everything they say is also in the app.
- Delete your app data: email support@prmio.com with your mobile number. We may confirm the number is yours. Within 30 days we erase your name, number, addresses, words and photos, unless a job is still open (cancel it first). If a number was blocked, or cancelled late or wasn't home, we keep its scrambled fingerprint and those counts until they would go anyway, so erasing can't undo them. A job's record with no personal details stays for tax records (see How long we keep information).
Text messages
PRMIO has two texting programs. Each has its own number and its own OK: PRMIO booking confirmations, for bookings made through an AI assistant, and PRMIO job texts, for the PRMIO app and its pros. An OK to one never covers the other.
PRMIO booking confirmations
- When we text: PRMIO texts a mobile number only after agreement in an AI conversation. If you agree when you book: a confirmation right after the booking and a reminder before the appointment (usually the day before), sent between 8 AM and 8 PM in the business's time zone.
- Cancelling or moving needs no text: in an AI conversation, PRMIO finds an appointment only when the mobile number it is under and its exact day and time all match (or, in the conversation that booked it, by that booking), reads it back, and makes the change after you say yes. Anything that doesn't match gets one line with the business's phone number, and after a few tries that find nothing, PRMIO stops looking for a while. This stops anyone from seeing or changing your bookings just by knowing your number.
- Asked once: PRMIO asks about booking texts once per number. A yes covers later bookings made with that number, at any business on PRMIO, until you reply STOP. A no is remembered too, so you aren't asked again; you can still ask for booking texts when you book.
- Replying NO to a reminder: a reminder says "Reply NO if you can't make it." A NO sent while that reminder is the newest PRMIO text to your number cancels that appointment, and PRMIO texts you that it is cancelled. NO is not a way to stop texts: reply STOP for that.
- How often: if you agreed to booking texts, 2 texts per booking: a confirmation and a reminder, and one more if you cancel it by replying NO to the reminder. Cancelling or moving in an AI conversation sends no text. You also get one reply when you text HELP, STOP or START, or when a reply to a reminder changes nothing.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time, or tell us any other way, such as an email to support@prmio.com, and we won't text you again. Reply START to allow texts again. Reply HELP for help.
- Language: texts are in English or Spanish, matching the conversation.
- Where: for now, US mobile numbers only.
Right now: PRMIO's texts haven't started yet, so PRMIO isn't sending any texts to customers. Booking, cancelling, and moving all work in your AI conversation without them.
PRMIO job texts
- Customers of the PRMIO app: a code to confirm your number, each time you ask for one; texts about your jobs (a pro found, on the way, here, a price to approve, done and a rating question) only if you tick the box "Also text me about my jobs"; and one text when we have pros near you, only if you tap "Text me when you do". Everything these texts say is also in the app.
- Pros: job offers and texts about the jobs they take, their welcome texts, a weekly scorecard, and texts about PRMIO's fee and their card, only after they agree on PRMIO's own join or invite page and confirm their mobile number with a code.
- How often: message frequency varies with your jobs.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Links: these texts may hold links, only to app.prmio.com.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time, or tell us any other way, such as an email to support@prmio.com. For a pro, STOP also pauses job offers. Reply START or UNSTOP to allow texts again. Reply HELP for help. A customer cancels a job in the app: a CANCEL or STOP text stops texts and doesn't cancel the job.
- Language: English or Spanish, as you chose in the app or on the join page.
- Codes are sent through our texting provider's code service.
- Where: for now, US mobile numbers only.
Right now: PRMIO job texts aren't sent to real phones yet. Everything they say to customers is also in the app.
No sharing for marketing: mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. For texts, we give your number only to our texting provider, and only to deliver the texts you asked for. If the business you book with gets its booking notices by text, the notice (your name and the last 4 digits of your number, or your full number for a business that comes to you) goes through our texting provider to the business.
What we keep about texts is listed under How long we keep information.
If you run a business on PRMIO
A business either connects its scheduling software, by approving PRMIO on that software's own approval screen (we ask only for the permissions PRMIO needs), or sets up its calendar on PRMIO.
What we collect
- Business details: name, address, phone number, time zone, and, if you give it, your license number (customers hear it when PRMIO first names your business).
- Services, with their names, lengths, and prices (a price, free, or not shown, and whether more work is quoted at the visit), plus staff names and open times. A service's "What it's for" line is used only to match what customers ask for; customers never see it.
- The appointments PRMIO makes. When PRMIO checks its own bookings, it may briefly see other calendar entries. It ignores them and never stores them.
- The access keys your scheduling software gives PRMIO. We store them encrypted, and use them only to read your business details, services, staff, and open times, to find or add the customer's contact, and to book, move, or cancel appointments made through PRMIO.
- If you use PRMIO's calendar: your open hours, blocked times, and appointments, including any you add by hand with the customer name and number you type in (both optional).
- If your business comes to the customer: the areas you serve (ZIP codes, places or counties) and your travel time between jobs. Customers who search those areas can find you, and PRMIO notes for each such appointment whether you have pressed "Address received" (never the address itself).
- Also for a business that comes to the customer: your kinds of work, if you pick them (for example air conditioning, plumbing or electrical). Customers who ask for that kind of work in your areas can find you.
- The phone number where PRMIO sends you booking notices.
- Every booking notice for your business, shown on your Bookings page: the service, the time, the staff member, and whether it was a job at the customer's place. The customer's name and number shown with it come from the booking, and are erased with it.
- If you sign in to your own pages on PRMIO: the phone number you sign in with (your business phone), a scrambled fingerprint of your password (never the password itself), and when you last signed in; while you're signed in, a scrambled fingerprint of your browser's sign-in code. We keep no network address or browser name for sign-in.
- If you ask for booking notices by text on your Setup page: your OK (a scrambled fingerprint of the number, the time, and the version of the wording you agreed to).
Business sign-up and billing aren't open yet: PRMIO adds each business itself, and gives it a one-time link to choose its password. Before sign-up and billing open, we'll update this policy to explain what they collect.
Your choices
- Disconnect at any time. When you do, PRMIO deletes its access keys right away, and your business stops appearing to AI assistants. Appointments already made stay in your calendar. See Support.
- Booking notices by text are off unless you turn them on on your Setup page: 1 text for each booking, move and cancel made through PRMIO. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out, or turn them off on your Setup page. Every notice is also on your Bookings page.
- Partner sharing is off unless you turn it on. We never share your listing with partners (for example, search engines) unless you choose to, separately for each partner.
- Delete your data. Email us, and we'll delete your business's listing, services, and connection within 30 days. We keep only texting records that hold no phone numbers (consent records, the text log, and the do-not-text list; see How long we keep information), and anything the law requires.
If you're a pro on PRMIO
Pros are independent businesses that get jobs from the PRMIO app by text. PRMIO adds a pro by hand, from a list, from an invite link, or from the "Join as a pro" page.
What we collect
- Your company name and your name, your mobile number (the one number that gets offers and can reply), the language for your texts, and whether you're a company or independent.
- Your trades, the kinds of jobs you do, and the cities you serve.
- Your business name on Sunbiz, your license number, and your Google business page (and its Google place ID), if you give them, and whether PRMIO checked your license on the state's website.
- A photo of you or your logo, if PRMIO adds one.
- Your OK to texts (when, and the exact words) and to the Pro Terms (which version). On the join page, nothing you type is kept until your code is right.
- Your work on PRMIO: every offer, your reply and how fast it came, the jobs you take, your OMW, HERE, QUOTE and DONE texts and the photos you text, your ON and OFF, cancels and no-shows, the stars and private "hire again" answers customers give you, and your place in the order for offers. If you BLOCK a customer, we keep a scrambled fingerprint of their number.
- For PRMIO's fee: each fee, refund and charge, with Stripe's reference numbers for you, your card and each payment. You type your card on Stripe's own page: PRMIO never sees or keeps card numbers.
Who sees it
- A customer whose job you take sees your first name, company, photo, license number (once PRMIO has checked it), your PRMIO rating and number of jobs, your Google stars and reviews (from your Google page), and your mobile number, so they can call or text you.
- Stripe, our payment provider, gets your company name, PRMIO's reference numbers for you and the job, and the amounts.
- Pros never see each other's details.
Asking for a business that isn't on PRMIO
If you ask for a business that isn't on PRMIO, your assistant may offer to let us know you'd like to book there. We record anything only if you say yes. We save the business name (and its city, if you said one), add one to a count, and note the date. We record nothing about you.
Our website, cookies, and technical information
- PRMIO shows no ads, on app.prmio.com or in its answers to your AI assistant. app.prmio.com has no analytics and no tracking cookies. It uses only the cookies it needs to work: one that keeps a business signed in to its own pages, one that keeps PRMIO's own team signed in (with a few that remember that team's own devices and choices on its own pages), one that remembers whose schedule was last shown on that device, and a short-lived one used while connecting scheduling software. In the PRMIO app: one that keeps you signed in (30 days), one that remembers this device for our safety limits (1 year), and one that remembers your language (1 year). On the pros' card pages, one that remembers the language (1 year); on "Join as a pro", that one and another for 1 day, so a code works only on the browser that asked for it. These pages set no cookies at all.
- To protect PRMIO from abuse, we count requests from each network (IP) address for about a minute, in memory only. Wrong passwords at business sign-in are also counted for each address, for 15 minutes, in memory only. PRMIO stores network addresses only for the calls described under How we protect information.
- In the PRMIO app and on "Join as a pro", we also count chats, photos, voice typing and tries from each network address, for up to a day, in memory only. With each code request we keep a scrambled fingerprint of the network address (never the address itself), with fingerprints of the number and of this device, for 1 day, so the code limits work.
- Our logs record technical events, like which page was used, whether it worked, and how long it took. For each request from an AI assistant, they also record the time, the step (like searching or cancelling), which assistant sent it (ChatGPT, Claude, or another), and how PRMIO answered (done, or why not). They never contain what was asked for, names, phone numbers, message text, or passwords. PRMIO can see them for 30 days.
- Our hosting provider (Railway) keeps a log of requests to PRMIO, including each visitor's network address and browser. PRMIO can see it for 30 days.
Who we share information with
- The business you book with, as described above.
- In the PRMIO app, the pros we ask about your job, and the one pro who takes it, as described under When you use the PRMIO app; and a customer whose job a pro takes sees that pro's details (If you're a pro on PRMIO).
- Service providers that run PRMIO for us, only to provide their service: our hosting and database provider (Railway), and, once texts start, our texting provider (Twilio), including for booking notices a business chooses to get by text. For the PRMIO app also: the AI service that writes the chat's answers (OpenAI, Anthropic or Google), the speech service that turns a recording into words when your browser can't (OpenAI or Google), Twilio for the app's codes and texts, Google for a pro's Google stars and reviews (it gets only the pro's Google page, nothing about you), and Stripe, our payment provider, for pros' cards and PRMIO's fee.
- The US Census Bureau, whose public address service finds the city of a job's address in the PRMIO app (it gets the street and ZIP code only).
- The business's scheduling software company, which stores the appointment for the business, if the business uses one. For businesses on PRMIO's own calendar, PRMIO stores the appointment itself, with our hosting provider.
- Your AI assistant. PRMIO's answers go back to the assistant you're using, such as ChatGPT (by OpenAI) or Claude (by Anthropic). Your conversation is covered by that company's own privacy policy.
- When the law requires it, or to protect people's safety or rights. If PRMIO is ever sold or merged, this policy will continue to protect your information.
We don't sell or rent personal information. We don't share it for advertising, and we don't use it for marketing.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep information
PRMIO deletes information automatically on this schedule. The clean-up runs every day.
- Your name and phone number on a booking: erased 90 days after the appointment. The rest of the record (business, service, and time) stays, with no personal details.
- Names and numbers a business types in for an appointment it adds by hand on the PRMIO calendar: erased 90 days after the appointment.
- Text consent records: 4 years after their latest use (your answer, your YES, a STOP, or PRMIO relying on them for a text or to not ask again), so we can prove consent if asked. We keep only a scrambled fingerprint of the number, never the number itself. We also keep the business, the time, the version and language of the wording you answered, and which assistant you used. A no to booking texts is kept the same way, so that number isn't asked again.
- Text log: for each text we send (notices to businesses included), and each YES, STOP, START, or HELP reply, a scrambled fingerprint of the number, the business, the kind of text, and the time: 4 years, so we can prove what was sent and agreed. No message text is kept. Other replies: 30 days. For PRMIO's fictional 555-01xx test numbers, which never reach a real phone, we also keep the number and the text for 30 days, to show in our test inbox.
- Booking text schedule (which booking texts are due when, with no number or name): 30 days after the appointment.
- ChatGPT account fingerprint on a booking: erased with the booking's name and phone number, 90 days after the appointment.
- Calls to our AI connection from outside ChatGPT's and Claude's published addresses (network address, app name, count, and time): 30 days after that address's last call.
- Cancel or move tries that found nothing (to stop guessing): a scrambled fingerprint of the number with the business, and, for ChatGPT, of its anonymous account ID, with the time, kept 24 hours; and the business and the time, kept 1 hour. Tries with PRMIO's fictional 555-01xx test numbers at its test businesses aren't kept.
- Do-not-text list (fingerprints of numbers that asked us, or our texting provider, to stop texting, and when): until that number texts START or UNSTOP. When you ask us to stop another way, such as by email, we also keep a record of it (fingerprint and time) for 4 years.
- Safety records that stop a request from being done twice: up to 20 minutes. Their keys are scrambled; the record of a cancel or move also keeps its answer (the business, the day and time, and the last 4 digits of the number), with no customer name or full number.
- Business access keys: until the business disconnects. They are deleted right away.
- Business sign-in: the sign-in phone and the password fingerprint, until the business's sign-in is turned off or its data is deleted. A sign-in session lasts 30 days on the same device, ends sooner on Sign out or a new password, and is deleted within a day after it ends. A one-time sign-in link works once, for 24 hours, and is deleted within a day after it's used or expires.
- Booking notices on a business's Bookings page: 90 days after the appointment. They hold no customer name or number of their own.
- Business listing details: while the business uses PRMIO, then deleted on request.
- "Not on PRMIO" requests: hold no personal information. We keep them to decide which businesses to add.
- The PRMIO app, a job's name, number, address and unit: erased 90 days after the job ends (done or cancelled). Its gate code: 1 day after the job ends.
- The PRMIO app, your own words about a job (the description and any answer you typed): 90 days after the job ends. A problem report's words: 90 days after it's closed.
- The PRMIO app's chat: the words you typed or said are deleted when you send your job ("Find my pro"), or 24 hours after your last message if you don't. A chat that never became a job is deleted 90 days after its last message.
- The PRMIO app's photos: 90 days after the job ends (a problem's photos: after it's closed; photos of a chat that never became a job: after they were added). Photo links for pros: 7 days at most.
- Your PRMIO app record: your name and number, 90 days after your last job ends or your last sign-in, whichever is later. A scrambled fingerprint of the number, with how often it cancelled late or wasn't home: 1 year after that last activity (while we block a number, as long as the block stands).
- A job without personal details (the trade, the city, the prices, the job's story and its offers, and PRMIO's fee with Stripe's reference numbers): 7 years, for tax records. Fee records: 7 years.
- The PRMIO app's sign-in: a session lasts 30 days on the same phone. A code (only its scrambled fingerprint, with fingerprints of the number, the device and the network address): 1 day.
- The waiting list: the number for its one text, until that text goes (at most 1 year); the rest, with no number, 30 days after the text.
- A pro's BLOCK of a customer: a scrambled fingerprint of the customer's number, while that pro is on PRMIO and 1 year after.
- Pros: while on PRMIO, also while paused (a pro who texted STOP is paused, not removed: they leave by emailing us). 1 year after a pro is removed, their name, mobile number and photo are erased.
- The PRMIO app's texts: besides the text log above, each text's words and number, encrypted, for 30 days, so a text waiting to go can still be sent and PRMIO's own team can check what was sent.
- AI and speech cost records (which service, how much was sent and received, and the cost; never the words): 13 months.
- Voice recordings and Google reviews: never kept.
- Database backups: our hosting provider keeps copies for recovery and deletes them automatically within 27 days, so erased details are gone from backups by then.
How we protect information
PRMIO uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Business access keys are stored encrypted. Long-term texting records hold only scrambled fingerprints of phone numbers. In the PRMIO app, customers' names, mobile numbers, addresses and gate codes are stored encrypted, and they never appear in our logs. Pros' company names, names and mobile numbers are stored without that extra encryption, so PRMIO can text pros their offers and show them on its own pages. There are limits to stop spam and abuse. Only the people who run PRMIO can reach its systems.
To stop fake bookings, PRMIO's connection for AI assistants checks that calls come from the network addresses ChatGPT and Claude publish. For a call from any other address, we record that network address, the name the calling app gives (its "user agent"), how many calls, and when. We use this only to protect PRMIO, and delete it 30 days after that address's last call.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.
Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information. Email support@prmio.com with the mobile number you used and the business (or businesses) you booked with.
We may need to confirm the request comes from you before we act. We'll respond within 30 days. The business has its own copy of your appointment, so contact it too if you want that copy deleted.
For the PRMIO app, email us with the mobile number you used (see When you use the PRMIO app). A pro who took your job has your details for that job; you can ask them too. Pros can email us from the mobile number on file, or with their company name.
Europe and the UK
If laws like the GDPR apply to you, here are the reasons we may use your information:
- to do what you ask (book, move, or cancel, or send you a pro and run your job)
- our agreement with a pro, for a pro's details and work
- your consent, for texts (you can withdraw it by replying STOP)
- our legitimate interest in keeping PRMIO secure and free of abuse
- our legal duties
You also have the right to:
- limit or object to our use of your information
- get a copy of it in a portable form
- complain to your local data protection authority
PRMIO is based in the United States, and stores information there.
US states (including California)
Depending on your state, you have the right to:
- know what we collect
- see your information
- correct it
- delete it
- get a copy of it
- opt out of its "sale", its "sharing" for targeted advertising, and profiling
We don't sell, share for targeted advertising, or profile customers. We don't use sensitive personal information. Because of this, there's nothing for customers to opt out of, and browser signals like Global Privacy Control are respected automatically. For pros, the PRMIO app puts pros in order for job offers by a score from their ratings and how they work on PRMIO (the Pro Terms explain it); a pro can ask us how it works for them.
You can also have someone you authorize make a request for you. We won't treat you differently for using your rights. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. If you still disagree, you can contact your state's attorney general.
In the last 12 months, here is what we collected:
- identifiers: the name and phone number you give, and, if you use ChatGPT, a scrambled fingerprint of its anonymous account ID
- commercial information: appointment details
- in the PRMIO app: your name and mobile number, the job's address (street, unit, ZIP code, home type and any gate code), what you need and when, your words about it, the photos you add, the prices, your ratings and problem reports, and a random code for your device
- from pros: their business and contact details, trades, cities, license number and Google page, their work on PRMIO, and PRMIO's fee records (card details stay with Stripe)
- audio: none kept (a recording sent for voice typing is turned into words and dropped)
- texting records: scrambled fingerprints of your number, with consent and opt-out records
- approximate location: the city, neighborhood or ZIP code you mention, and the approximate location ChatGPT may send, used only for the search and not stored
- technical information: request counts kept in memory; scrambled fingerprints of cancel or move tries that found nothing, kept 24 hours; the network address and app name of calls from outside ChatGPT's and Claude's published addresses; our logs of AI assistant requests (time, step, assistant, and result); and our hosting provider's request log (network address and browser)
It came from you, through your AI assistant or the PRMIO app, from businesses' scheduling software or their PRMIO calendar, and from pros about the jobs they do. We use it only for the purposes above. Booking through an AI assistant: We give it only to the business you book with, its scheduling software company, your AI assistant, and our service providers, or when the law requires it. The PRMIO app: we give it only to the pros as When you use the PRMIO app says, the customers whose job a pro takes (that pro's details), the US Census Bureau's address service, and our service providers, or when the law requires it.
Children
PRMIO isn't directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age where you live. We don't knowingly collect their information. A parent or guardian can book for a child. If you think a child under 13 gave us their own information, email support@prmio.com and we'll delete it promptly.
The PRMIO app and PRMIO for pros are for people 18 or older.
